Dear colleagues,
The Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association - BHRMDA and KARIERI organize the traditional annual autumn HR Forum. The topic this year is “Succession Planning and Management”. The aim of the Forum is to present current world trends in succession management, to discuss Bulgarian and foreign practices that represent successful models of talents and successors development.
Accents of the forum:
- We will show you the world trends in management and succession planning and will introduce you the innovative techniques to ensure the stability of the organization/company.
- We will present approaches for developing successors for managerial/ key positions which can achieve outstanding results. We will find the place of talents in the organizatio and how they can contribute to its stability.

Competent international and Bulgarian speakers and lectors will outline the parameters of current trends in succession planning and management and will show us how they work in Bulgaria and what are the "right" techniques here.
